1.How do I take care of my battery?
For continued performance, the battery must be fully charged before use,storage, and once every 3 months of storage there after.

2. What is the best way to clean my heated clothing?
Remove the battery, hand wash or machine wash(in laundry bag) in cold water. Do not twist or wring. Hang dry only.

3.How long will the battery last while in use?
Normally(25°C/77°F), the battery will last approximately 10-12 hours on low, 6-7hours on medium, or 3-4 hours on high.

4.What's the temperature when the hoodie in use?

The heated jacket is really great. It's been getting pretty cold in the UK and this has helped a tonne, the battery lasts comfortably all day and the 3 settings controlling the different temperatures means you can conserve it for even longer getting the right temperature and the longest battery life. Long press to start and stop the heating then tap to change temperature after the hoodie has got to temperature. Even when the hoodie is not on it gets nice and warm since the hoodie is thick and well insulated. I bought this unisex jacket for myself is such a good quality to wear it, I do live in uk and London weather is very cold most of the time that’s why I bought this jacket it’s fit perfectly and when I go out i wear it don’t even feel the cold weather... Hello I bought this for my son he said it was very cosy and warm, good for a cold day. The heater in the jacket is so furry on the inside because of that it is warm even with out the heater on and the fact that it uses the power bank to charge it up I can use it and it lasts a long time and I get a power bank to charge my phone that is so useful therefore I really like it and I really recommend this and I love this . Wow. I bought this sweatshirt after being sick of being constantly cold. Living in Wisconsin, I am always trying to find ways to stay warm but remain active. I love that this heated hoodie can offer such a quick heat up! I plan to wear this especially when shoveling snow or going tubing on the hills. The heating panels are nice in that keep you feel warm in winter! A great feature to this sweatshirt is that it has three different heating zones! I can feel heat on my left and right chest and also my midback. I like that the power button lights up. Its so easy to trigger the heat by just pressing the button! I also can adjust the heating levels this way too. The battery pack is super easy to charge and charges quickly. Its very discreet once I put it in its designated product. I think this would make an amazing gift to someone who is always cold or someone who just wants a nice and comfortable sweatshirt. It is well made and super soft. To enhance the heating that this hoodie can provide, especially during winter, it uses 3-core heating elements with 3 adjustable settings in low, medium and high. For safety purposes, the heating element has a built-in thermal protection wherein once it detects that it is overheating it will automatically turn off until it reaches the heating consistency that you have set it on. The hoodie is safe for hand wash or machine wash as long as it is placed inside the laundry bag to prevent damaging the heating element.
