Yes, IUREK heated apparel is water and wind resistant.

All products have pictures displaying where the Heat Zones are located so you know exactly where to expect the heat before you buy.

No, our apparel is not fire retardant.

Your heated clothing can be washed in the washing machine.! Please read the provided instructions before washing.

Tips:

1.Disconnect and remove the battery from the zipper pocket.

2.Make sure you put the connector cable back and close the zipper pocket.

3.Place your jacket inside a mesh laundry bag.

4.Machine-wash it in gentle cycle with a mild detergent and cold water. . (No dry cleaning/Cold and gentle cycle/Do not bleach)

5.Dry it. Hang dry recommended. (Do not wring or twist/Line dry/Do not iron/Do not tumble dry)

We have had some people who prefer to hand wash it with some warm water and soap as well.

The battery will last 3 hours on high 131°F heating levels, 6 hours on medium, or 10 hours on low.

You can wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags. All IUREK heated apparel is TSA-friendly. You won’t have any problems with our heated apparel or power banks in the airport, just be sure it is placed in the bag or tray at security.

Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!


To turn on the heat, connect your fully charged battery to the wire in the interior pocket of your jacket. Once the battery is plugged in, hold down the button above IUREK logo for about 3 seconds. The button will start blinking red, indicating the preheating process. Then click the button once to cycle through high, medium, and low heat temperatures.

To change the temperature settings of your Heated Apparel, press down once above the IUREK logo located on the chest. Each click will cycle through each of the settings: high, medium, and low.

Shipping & Order

Once the order is placed, we will arrange the shipment to be sent out within 48 hours.The fastest shipping we have would take 1-5 days to deliver the package.

After your order ships, you will receive the tracking information via email. You can also send your order number or tracking number to support@iurek.com and our customer service team will assist you.

Generally, shipping time takes about 1-5 days. If you don’t receive your shipment after 10 days, please reach out to our customer service department at support@iurek.com

Overnight shipping is not available so far.

You can cancel order directly. If you need any assistance our customer service team member would help you with this issue.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan. Customers from other areas can contact us at support@iurek.com to confirm whether we can ship to your country.

For all U.S. orders, we cover customs and import duties. Orders placed from outside the United States may be subject to customs and import duties.

If you order more than 1 item in one order, it is possible that they are separated in different parcels. Please be patient, and you should receive all the items within 1-5 business days. If not, please contact us at support@iurek.com

Yes, we offer a 7-day price match on your purchase. If the price goes down over the 7 days after your purchase, we will refund the price difference for you. Please contact us at support@iurek.com with your order number and your claim for a price match.

Exchanges & Returns

Sure you can. We will gladly exchange all unwashed and unworn heated apparel in its original condition and package within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for a return label: support@iurek.com

Sorry to hear that. Yes, you can get a refund. First, return all unwashed and unworn heated apparel in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer (returns in the U.S. are free). Contact us for a return label: support@iurek.com. After we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be credited to your payment method.

Sorry, open-box item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Every open-box item is covered by a 6-month warranty.

Customers in the United States may submit a return request through our Return Center. If the order is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label free of charge. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for the return shipping cost.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Our battery has been certified by the FCC, UL & CE to make sure that every item is safe for daily use. For further safety instructions and information, please refer to the IUREK user manual.

Yes you can. The USB port on the battery can be used to charge your phone and other electronic devices.

The battery goes inside the inner battery pocket on the lower left side of the apparel.

The heated apparel battery is about the size of your palm. The battery weighs 6.7 oz.

Our IUREK battery is specially designed for IUREK heating garments. If you have clothes of another brand, please check with their seller and confirm if your clothes can use the other brand's battery.

Yes, we have individual batteries, chargers, and a bundle of both.

The USB Type-C port is used to charge the battery. The regular USB port is used to connect a charging cable for your phone or other handheld devices. The circular DC port is plugged into the apparel to provide power for heating.

Here are some tips for storing battery:

1. The batteryshould not be stored over a longer period of time either uncharged.A recharge is necessary every 3-6 months, at the latest.

2. For best storing, the battery storage is with 40% to 50% capacity and at low temperatures, which should not drop below 0°C.Storage at 5°C to 10°C is optimal.

3. Because of self-discharge, please disconnect and remove the battery from the zipper pocket.

We provide multiple adapter for travelling, a changeable US plug and interchangeable EU & UK & AU plugs are included.

You can purchase a new apparel charger kit for the apparel battery from our store.

We DO NOT suggest you use batteries from other companies on IUREK heated clothing. If the power of your battery is beyond what the garments is capable of taking in, the heated apparel could light on fire or the battery could explode.If you need a back-up battery, please order on www.iurekwear.com.
